Where are your products made?

Our focus is to find artisans right here in the USA and North America. For example, our women’s apparel is made in California, our soy candles are hand poured in Arizona, our handcrafted necklaces come from Sonoma County as well as outside of Toronto and our hand screen printed recycled leather accessories are from the South.

I’d like to learn more about sizing of your women’s apparel

Our apparel is true to size and designed for women. If you are used to a looser fit, you'll want to go up a size. The apparel is preshrunk as well.

You can find some of our home and accessories line at JAM in Old Town Scottsdale, Arizona. You can find our candles at Simply Posh Consignment Boutique in Central Phoenix. Be on the look out for us to come to a store near you!

Why should I ride a bike?

How do I inspire my friends to ride a bike?

Just getting out and riding solo is a great experience - a chance to reconnect with your thoughts, feel the sun on your face, or just get to work in a more healthy way. It’s also great to bring your friends along for the ride - check out our blog for more ways to inspire them!

Payment: We accept Visa, American Express and MasterCard, as well have provided PayPal checkout. 


Shipping Fees + Applicable Taxes:
Please note that shipping fees and taxes applicable taxes will be added to the total once you have entered your address. We need the address in order to calculate the shipping cost and know if taxes apply to your order. For more on taxes, please see below.

What if an item is on back order?

Our goal is to maintain inventory on all product so we can put a smile on our Customers’ faces. However, if an item is on back order you will be notified via email immediately as to the status of that particular item.

Processing Orders and Cancellation Process

To cancel your order, you will need to contact our customer service department by the next business day after your order was placed by calling (480) 359-6073 or email us at care@bicyclette.com (Monday - Friday).

As we do our best to carefully and promptly send orders, if your order has already been shipped, we will be unable to redirect it; therefore we request that you follow the return criteria noted above in the Return/Exchange Process.
