Return or Exchange

We do our best to ensure that we carefully package and promptly ship your items. We also understand that at times you may need to return or exchanges your purchase. Therefore, we will accept unused/unworn/unwashed or defective merchandise with original tags and packaging within 30 days of the original online purchase date.

Return/Exchange Process and Criteria:

When you decide to return or exchange the item, please remember that Bicyclette does not cover the cost of shipping for returns or exchanges. In order to ensure your return is processed and you receive either a refund or a new item for exchange, please be sure to follow each step of the criteria below:

  1. We will only accept returns/exchanges via mail. Please send all returns via an insured courier (UPS, FedEx, USPS Parcel Post) because we cannot guarantee credit for your return without confirmation of delivery to us. Please keep your shipment receipt as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to our warehouse.
  2. Send a copy of the completed invoice. Circle the item(s) being returned and please fill out the back of your packing list to indicate Return or Exchange Note the reason for the return or the exchange (such as different size, color, exchange for another style of equal value) and enclose it in your package. Include contact telephone/email address for follow up.
  3. Pack return securely, in original condition (unused/unwashed/unworn) with original packaging & tags.
  4. Please address the return to:

PLEASE NOTE: We’re sure you understand that we need the returns to meet all the guidelines above or we will not be able to accept the return; therefore we will need to send the return back to you at your expense.

Malfunctioning or Damaged Items:

If your product/s arrives damaged, please let us know within 3 days at care@bicyclette.com and we will be happy to replace the item for you or provide a full refund.

Return: Bicyclette will credit a $6.00 shipping charge to your return to help with the cost of shipping to our warehouse.

Exchange: Bicyclette will cover shipping both ways. We will credit a $6.00 shipping charge to your return to help with the cost of shipping to our warehouse. We will ship the replacement free of charge.

Returns and Exchanges Processing:

For products returned within 30 days, a refund will be credited back to your original method of payment within 14 business days of receiving merchandise in our warehouse and it will show on your next statement depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be credited for the return and charged for the new item.

Final Items Sale: Merchandise Sale items are final.

Candles: Due to the nature of the candle product, all sales are final.

Processing Orders and Cancellation Process:

To cancel your order, you will need to contact our customer service department by the next business day after your order was placed by emailing us at care@bicyclette.com (Monday - Friday). As we do our best to carefully and promptly send orders, if your order has already been shipped, we will be unable to redirect it; therefore we request that you follow the return criteria noted above in the return.
