Who doesn’t love getting packages in the mail?!
Our goal is to ship your package to you in a timely manner. Here are some helpful details about our shipping process:
What is the delivery time frame?
Once we have received the order, we will have the package ready and shipped within 1-2 business days, except on major holidays. You will receive an emailed "delivery confirmation" when your order ships out from our office. This is not a delivery notice, but lets you know your order is on its way.
USPS: If you chose USPS as your carrier, you can expect the following from your Priority Mail:
- Delivery within 2 days of package being shipped in most cases
- Free Package Pickup™*
- Includes Delivery Confirmation
- Saturday delivery (except when Sat is a national holiday) and residential delivery at no extra cost
- The only 2-day service that delivers to mailboxes, mail slots, and PO Boxes™
UPS: If you chose UPS, this carrier will then have the item to you within 1-2 business days.
Please note: If you choose UPS Next Day Air, Second Day Air, or 3 Day Select, we may still need 1-2 business days to process your order. Let us know in the "special instructions" during the first part of check out if you require your order processed sooner and we'll try out best to accommodate you.
UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes, therefore we will need an address.
I’m a visual person - can you help me see when my order is expected to arrive based on the carrier and shipping method I chose?
We do our best to get the items to you as carefully and promptly as possible. This chart is based on us shipping the item on the 2nd day after you order and then from there, the shipping carrier doing their part to get the package to you safely and promptly as well.
Holidays: Please remember that hipping carriers do not deliver on major holidays. If you order on a major holiday, we will ship your item the next day.

Cruiser Bicycle Shippinng
The order must be placed by Monday, December 10th 3PM EST in order to be hand built and shipped to arrive by Monday, December 24th. If you miss this deadline, email us at email@example.com and we can walk through some alternatives to ensure one of the limited cruiser bicycles is a present this year.
All other merchandise:
Christmas Deliver: All orders must be placed by Friday, December 21st by 3PM EST to be delivered by Christmas Eve, Monday December, 24th. For Hanukkah: Please order by Monday December 3rd by 3PM EST for delivery by Friday, December 7th. Please note in the message section that you would like this to arrive for Hanukkah so we take extra care to get it to you quickly.

What if an item is on back order?
Our goal is to maintain inventory on all product so we can put a smile on your face. However, if an item is on back order you will be notified via email immediately as to the status of that particular item. Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or back ordered. You will be alerted in either instance and will be provided an approximate date of shipment. Rest assured, any shipping delay will be communicated to you at the time of your order. Should any other unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified within 7- 10 days of placing your order.
Um, this shipping box seems slightly used?We want to do right by the environment in as many situations as we can control - and so we may use gently used boxes/ filler packaging in order to lessen our impact. Rest assured that the actual product itself will be wrapped with new packaging. But we figured with bubblewrap or other filler, most people wouldn't mind!
What if the order ships and I wanted to cancel it?
To cancel your order, you will need to contact us by the next business day after your order was placed by emailing us at email@example.com or calling (480) 359-6073 (Monday - Friday).
As we do our best to carefully and promptly send orders, if your order has already been shipped, we will be unable to redirect it; therefore we request that you follow the return criteria noted in our return policy.
Items can only be shipped to the U.S. and Canada at this time.
